Was machst du so im Dispo-Team? Check-In mit Sabine
In October 2023 we welcomed Sabine to the KTU Spedition dispatch team. In addition to experience from other industries, she also brought in a lot of passion for logistics, which has always been part of her family. Today we would like to know how she has settled in and how she likes it with us.
Dear Sabine, you have been at KTU for almost 1.5 years now. What are your tasks in the dispatch team?
My tasks are diverse. I support our drivers, pass on route information to customers and assist both drivers and customers if anything is unclear. As the contact person for questions about orders, I put a lot of heart and soul into it, so that you could sometimes get the impression that I have been part of the team for 10 years. I also check the addresses, communicate with customers and solve any problems that arise in everyday work.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
What I care about most is direct contact with people. It makes me proud to have built a solid base of customers and drivers who contact me regularly because they know they can count on me. Both my colleagues and customers appreciate this reliability.
And what do you value about KTU as an employer?
Above all, the familiar working environment at KTU. When you are doing well, you can feel the support and joy among your colleagues. But also in difficult times, your colleagues are there to support you and help you get up on your feet again. I have never experienced this form of support and appreciation in any other company.
A sentence or two about your private life?
I have been a mother for several years now, which never gives me a dull moment. I also have a great passion for baking - for me it is an art and I put a lot of love and dedication into every pastry. That also excites my husband ;-).
