We recently introduced you to the good soul in our dispatch team. Today we are going next door to our workshop where Sergej is ready to answer our questions.

Dear Sergej, how long have you worked at KTU and how did you find us? It will be 3 years in July. I came to KTU through a nice colleague in scheduling. We used to work together before at another employer and I am glad that we can now have the pleasure of working together again.

What exactly do you do at KTU? My responsibilities range from janitor to forklift driver to locksmith. I also make sure that my colleagues don't die of thirst. I'm simply there where I'm needed.

What do you particularly enjoy about your work? I arrive at work in the morning and see my nice colleagues. It's just fun to work with them.

What was your best experience during your time at KTU? Actually getting to know every single colleague.

And what do you like to do in your free time? I enjoy working in the garden and taking care of my bees and my chickens. The honey and fresh eggs are very well received by my colleagues.

If you had one wish for KTU, what would you wish for? I wish that that we don't lose the fun of working together.
