Deine Aufgaben:
- Eigenständige Planung und Koordination von Touren im Bereich der Teil- und Komplettladungen mit Eigen- und Fremdfahrzeugen als Teil eines Dispositionsteams
- Selbständige Auftragsabwicklung mit Nutzung der Logistiksoftware CARLO (Soloplan)
- Operative Absprachen mit Kunden und Partnern zur Durchführung der Transporte
- Betreuung von Bestandskunden, Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und -ausschreibungen
- Preisverhandlungen mit Angebotserstellung
- Erstellung der Lieferdokumente, Vorbereitung der Abrechnung
Dein Profil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder Studium
- Operative Erfahrungen im Transport-/Speditionsbereich wünschenswert
- Führerschein der Klasse B, gegebenenfalls CE95 / FQN
- Sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, rumänisch oder italienisch von Vorteil
- Selbstständige, gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist

Your profile:
- Valid driving license of class CE (with code number 95 or proof of driver qualification)
- Valid driver card
