Dispatch team becomes stronger
Remembering Richard Stumpf
Interview with Adriana
Today we would like to introduce you to a colleague of ours. Adriana has been working at KTU since September 2018 and we can no longer imagine life without her.
Dear Adriana, what exactly do you do at KTU? Oh, the top question right at the beginning. Is “girl for everything” a job title? 😊 Just kidding, at that time KTU was looking for someone to support the dispatch department, preferably Romanian-speaking. Naturally I felt addressed.
And what exactly does the support look like? On the one hand, I am a contact between drivers and dispatch, and on the other hand, I take care of tile order processing. Not to forget my assistant job for all drivers. I often take care of all the formalities that need to be done, from making doctor's appointments to appointments with the authorities. What do you particularly enjoy about your work? That you never know exactly what to expect when you come to work. Every day is different and brings with it new challenges. But working in a team is also incredibly fun. It is definitely never boring. What was your best experience during your time at KTU? There are quite many. The friendships that develop, especially with the drivers. The common highlights such as our summer party and Christmas parties. The white sausage breakfast last year, and when I was allowed to shave my colleague's bald head (laughs). Of course something like that stays in your memory. What does your free time look like? I enjoy spending time with my son and my husband. I like long walks and playing tennis. You mainly deal with men at work and you certainly have to assert yourself sometimes. Does your husband have anything to say at home? Mmmhhhhhh, yes of course he does! 😉 If you had one wish for KTU, what would you wish for? That we continue to be such a strong and great team. Dear Adriana, thank you very much, we are very happy that you are part of our team and hope that your wish comes true! The interview was conducted by Nicole.
